Interview
Applied through linkedIn , Recruiter reached back and scheduled initial assessment with recruiter. They explained about everything and asked about my skills and experience. On following up received rejection mail saying they found better candidates with better skills than me.

Interview
My first interview was with the Talent team, which seemed very positive. The second interview was with the hiring manager, who was the Director of Engineering. The interview was very easy, but the overall experience was terrible. There was almost no technical discussion, and it felt like a complete waste of time. Each step took a long time, and they were very slow to provide updates. They didn't even respond to follow-up emails.
After about three weeks, they finally messaged me, saying that the interview was positive and that they were ready to move to the next step. Then, after wasting another three weeks, they emailed to say they had decided to move forward with other candidates. This was despite the fact that they had completely stopped hiring for the position. They gave no feedback and essentially just wasted my time.
It seems like they don’t even know which direction they want to go in, both in terms of business and hiring.
Thanks for leaving your review.
We know that the recruitment process means a lot to our candidates, as they are excited about starting a new opportunity, and put a lot of effort into interview preparation.
The experience you've described is not up to par, and we'll share this feedback with our team. Of course there are situations that may have extenuating circumstances, but we aim to be timely with decisions and updates.
