Tudip Technologies Software Developer - Trainee interview questions

The company visited our college which is based in Bhopal. There were two job roles in that. The first one was for the digital profile (for Technical Profile), the second one was the Ninja profile for the non-technical profile. Digital profile was for the Software Engineer-Trainee role. Ninja was for a non-technical role like HR, Help Desk, etc. There were three rounds in the exam. First-round was a general aptitude exam that was conducted online. The second round was the coding round. The coding round happened on a google form. we have to write three simple programs in 15 Mins. The final round was HR Interview. I cleared the first round and in the second round, I wrote all the programs correctly because they were very basic. But most of us were not shortlisted in the second round. Don't know why.
