Went in for a brief in-person interview after submitting my resume. Had to be persistent with following up with management to get an interview scheduled. Was hired at the end of the interview.

How many years of experience in restaurants/ service industry?
Was called the same week I applied, however that has been several months and have not heard back. Management interviewing me did not seem interested in being there, interview only lasted about 15-20 minutes.
