Was low key and casual. Manager interviewing was very cordial. Questions mostly about my previous work history and reviewed a couple of customer service situations. Whole process was inviting not intimidating at all.

Interview
It was a very easy process. Being a franchise sometimes you dont have to go through the hassle of tons of interviews and quizzes. I actually enjoy chatting with my manager he is overall a get guy and easy to get along with.
