I applied online. I interviewed at Twin City Fan Companies
Interview
I applied online and was scheduled for a phone screening about two weeks later. The hiring manager 1-1 call was about two weeks after that. The screening was one of the better HR chats that I've had in my career. She was reluctant to answer some of the harder company questions that I posed (thanks to Glassdoor company reviews!) but she didn't shy away from the companies history. The hiring manager chat was pleasant and involved technical questions pertaining to my experience and what would be involved in the role.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The hiring manager interview involved pointed questions regarding my experience and how it would translate to the job requirements. The phone screening with the recruiter involved a few situational type questions. "Tell me about a time when you had a disagreement with a coworker or vendor. How did you resolve it?"
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Twin City Fan Companies (Plymouth, MN) in Oct 2023
Interview
The interviews were very laid back and not stressful at all. I was able to meet with a few different managers and all the interviews were very conversational. I was asked very typical interview questions and allowed plenty of time to ask questions of my own
I met with Human Resources and the Vice President of Sales, not even the hiring manager. The HR person asked me what my age was, which should be a no-no.
