Twinkl Educational Publishing interview questions

The interview process was initially described as four rounds with various team members, culminating in a final interview with the Head of Marketing. In reality, the process expanded to seven rounds over the course of two months, with the structure changing repeatedly along the way. Notably, the Head of Marketing was a no-show for two scheduled interviews without prior notice. My experience raised red flags about organizational communication and follow-through.

Lengthy, 3 stage interview process. Only 2 were expected at the start, 3rd required a detailed presentation, which took hours to prepare. The use of google meets being incompatible for presentations with my version of Mac. After the 3rd interview a couple of weeks later, I received an automated email informing me I wouldn’t be progressed, when I requested feedback I received no response. I found this quite rude given the amount of time I’d taken out of my day to apply and interview - this does align with reviews detailing company culture, though.
