I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Boston, MA) in Jan 2017
Interview
I applied in a weekend, got a request from HR for phone interview on Monday. Did the phone interview on Tuesday and on the same day, the manager emailed me for in person's interview. The entire a process took about 2 weeks. The in-person interview was about half hour but we ran a little bit over. The manager and VP seemed to be very busy (they have daily deadlines) so they were concise in questions. They asked questions to get to know you in the first 15 minutes. The rest of the time was for my questions to them. They were nice and personable.
Phone call interview then a 30 minute Zoom call another day. Simple questions of your resume nothing complicated. Received phone call the following week. The interview was very easy as long as you obviously know your resume and able to answer questions with clarity of your prior experiences.
Recruiter calls you and interviews you then interview with managers. Turn around time takes about 2 weeks. About 30-45 mins each, and all via teams. Recruiter will call you if you get job offer.
Short and sweet. Interviewed with manager for temp to perm position. Not many steps which I really appreciated. Good job for recent college grads. Found out through the staffing agency about a day after the interview.
