Interview
I interviewed online and was interviewing for a position in Boise while living in CA as I was moving to Boise soon. Because of that, I did only phone interviews. The first was with the Branch Manager and Assistant Manager. The second was with the District Manager. Both interviews were professional but were not too formal. I have found out since being here that they are SUPPOSED to follow a script so that every candidate's interview is the same.
Very simple. The manager was very nice. I was asked specific questions regarding how to handle stress and angry customers. I asked how my experience would help me in new position.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Appleton, WI)

I was really great. I hope to be apart of the culture. Very good people to talk about growth. Looking forward to working customers & connecting very well. Management team seems very connecting

I got an email inviting me to interview the following week. It was in person at the branch with 3 people. it was pretty short and they got back to me quickly with an offer
