I applied online. About 2 weeks later I got a call from the HR. He gave me full details about the job position and asked a few questions about myself. He then asked about an in person interview with one of the supervisors. There was standard behavioral questions. Interview won't be hard as long as you come in confident and show that you want the job.

Question 1
Have you ever dealt with an unsatisfied customer? If so, how did you handle the situation?
I applied online. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Dublin, Dublin) in Apr 2026
Interview
They did not get back to me, they ghosted me and then sent me emails to rate the experience. I felt ignored after reaching out to the HR and no reply still.
Was over phone had about 6-8 basic interview question. Interview was thorough and had a lot of fun in interview. Was easy going and gave me time with responses. I was also asked if I had question amor anything to add I did ask questions and she appreciated that. Interviewee also gave me more information about postion and picking what time shift I would want if I got the job.
The interview process at US Bank was very straight forward. One thing I would recommend is using the STAR method. Makes the interview process go by smother and you will use the STAR method on the job if you accept a position.
