Interview
Was called after applying to a position online. Given a phone interview that lasted almost 2 hours. Didn't hear back for a while. Got a call back about a month later to come in for another 2 hour interview. Said they would call me in 4-6 weeks.
Very easy and everyone was nice throughout the process. They joined on time and seemed engaged throughout. Would’ve loved an opportunity but still grateful for an interview. I only did the first behavioral.
Went great, they were forward and honest with all questions and how the role was very much an introduction to the bank, not where you’d find yourself forever. Was to be viewed as a launching platform for where you want to go in the future

Interview
Very focussed on culture and behavioral questions, know US Bank culture and why you wnat to work at the bank. Interviewer was friendly and easygoing, and the process was straightforward
