It's a 4 step process including the phone screen: 1) Recruiter Phone Screen 2) Hiring manager interview 3) Interview with the team 4) Hiring manager final interview They ask behavioral questions and a 5 panel drug test is expected after you accept the offer.

easy and fast. no tricky questions, questions on past experience and why us bank. 2 interviews in total, one with the team and one with the manager. Each interview were relatively easy.
