UES Project Geologist interview questions

Very informal style interview. I was invited to the local office for an interview with the regional VP, principal engineer, and principal geologist. I was asked generic questions of describing myself and how I would best fit the role I am applying for. I was provided an example geotechnical/ geologist real world problem (previous project) and asked how I would approach solving/researching the problem. After that round of questions, I was asked about my expected salary range and we had a discussion about my graduate research and other interesting topics.
