Interview
I had 4 interviews in total. I'm an out-of-state hire so all of my interviews were via teleconference. You start out with your interviews with the Talent Acquisition Department, they assess you for fit so that you will be placed in a group best for your mix of talents, skills, and proficiencies, then move forward to the next stage of interviews with the management and interview with a Senior Lead.
