The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UKG (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview process was fun and engaging. It was like having an endepth conversation with your friends. This is not an entry level position, and there for management has full knowledge of your past achievements and popsitions. They are really looking for the right personality fit

Question 1
what do you think is the reason behind you have achieved this level of success
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UKG in Aug 2013
Interview
Spoke with 3 different recruiters, all very nice. Then I had to take a profile/personality test, which depending if i passed it they would then allow me to interview with the Western regional VP of sales for retail vertical. The test was quite easy to "game" especially if you realize what type of person/position they are looking to fill. Personally speaking I think these "tests" are bogus to the core, but it was simply another hoop I had to jump through. So I passed the test and they lined up a call to speak the regional vp. Each of my prior conversations with the recruiters were at least 30-60 minutes long and they said my call with the Western RVP would be 60 minutes long. So when the call began he immediately said, "I only have 30 minutes" and then begins to talk incessantly to the point where I had a hard time getting a word in edgewise. The call started out relatively normal, but as it quickly progressed he came across as an arrogant know-it-all...so all in all I was glad the call was only 30 minutes because I couldn't stand talking to him after about 5 minutes and immediately made up my mind that there is no way in hell I'd work with him.
