I was called up by Kronos recruiter for the position of Lead Devops Engineer. The job description was properly provided and the first round was scheduled the very next day (casual + technical). The same day I got the positive feedback and second round (Technical) was scheduled after 4 days as it was a weekend in between. I got the feedback for second round the same day too. The third round (Managerial) was scheduled for the next day. Upon getting through, the HR round was held the same day. HR explained the benefits, amenities properly and salary expectations were asked. There were not much negotiations as apparently Kronos provides you compensation according to the band and what present employees are getting. HR took a couple of days to get approval for the compensation from higher business management. Offer was rolled out 2 weeks after the HR round. Form for BG check was filled and documents related to same were collected the same day. I was an immediate joiner so HR had to make efforts to get me onboard ASAP. Joining letter was shared to me after 1 week and documents related to Bank, PF and gratuity were collected. 2 days after same I was on boarded. It took almost 1 month in total starting from the round 1 discussion. First few days go in filling the forms ,documentation and induction. Your manager calls you up to say "Hi" and introduces to the team.

2 rounds tech one managerial. Both were smooth amd easy. HR was helpful. Overall I recommend this to everyone. Job was not too stressful either. One of best places I worked.
