I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UKG (Boston, MA) in May 2022
Interview
The whole process was relatively easy. It began with a behavioral interview(They called it the second step because the first step was to for your resume to stand out), then a 2/10 difficulty OA(including array and string manipulation and some mutiple choice questions)
Last step is consisted of two interviewers asking you about DSA and OOP questions, DSA questions were 3 LC easy questions(follow up were asking about complexity and whatnot), the OOP question is harder, it tests you on Java and inheritance.

I applied online. I interviewed at UKG (Sunrise, FL) in Mar 2026
Interview
after resume screening, i had an oa (75 min, 4mcq, and 2 coding questions on OOP, DSA, and Java). after that, i got sent to do an intial screening where recruiter just explained the process, next steps, culture in office, and asked me to just elaborate on some points of my resume. now, i have a technical (2 rounds, back to back, focusing on DSA and OOP).

Question 1
Explain a time where you worked with a large code base.
It was pretty simple basic leetcode with some java specific class knowledge and interview with an engineer, they really focus specifically on java knowledge. It seems like the interviewers like working there.
Overall it was very quick. 1 OA, 2 Technicals(one OOP, one LC), and an HR round. Responded within days of each interview, and I was very pleased with the process.

Question 1
I honestly don’t remember. It wasn’t hard at all. Just know OOP(max interfaces and abstract classes) and basic DSA.
