There was an initial telephonic round wherein the hiring manager checked for suitability, interest and communication skills. Post that face to face interview was scheduled with a lead/manager. 1. The job description did not match with the questions that were asked during the f2f interview 2. The interviewer, at times, did not made eye contact and looked disinterested 3. Interviewer was looking at her phone at regular intervals while the interview was ongoing 4. They lack communication on the status of interview (cleared/not cleared/hold). Even upon contacting, the hiring manager ,made false commitments of calling back. 5. In all, professionalism is lacking big time which talent acquisition team should take care of. Not a good experience at all. The above points did not reflect a good image UKG
