Interview
This was the first and only interview I had with Ultimate Software. I had previously applied through their website and was contacted via their internal recruiting office. This was a phone interview to see if the job was the right fit for me and vice-versa.

Question 1
The interviewer was misguided, didn't know the job specifics, nor did he understand IS/IT at all. He asked for my past experience. He seemed to be multitasking as well since he didn't hear anything I said about my experience and continued to ask questions that I had previously answered.
