The interview was right after I passed the test. So the whole process was applying online, doing the exam, interview, and the contract. It was warm and inviting, they asked mostly about team collaborations. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes but it went for 40 minutes.

Interview
Interview was like a conversation, asked pretty standard questions (unexpected situations, what makes me different than other candidates, etc). Was put in contact with another person after the interview to start learning more about a project, so it was an informal acceptance during the conversation.

Prior to the meeting in Fall 2024, the hiring manager bombarded me with first a call, then an email, followed by another email, in addition to a text message, hounding me to reply to her interview request, which I had already done so via email. Upon meeting for the first time for panel interview of three, she spent the first 5 minutes interrogating me on why I had not responded to any of her emails. By that time, I was already fed up with the whole process. The rest of the interview process is entirely negative, mainly consisting of questions pertaining to how I deal with failure, a difficult team member or handle difficult situations under pressure. In one instance, she said "oh can you give another example of how you handle failure?". The others in the interview does not seem to know what to ask me.
