I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at UNDP (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Jan 2025
Interview
I applied in November 2024, got shortlisted in January, and got an offer in March. The overall experience was rather positive. I only had one pre-recorded video assessment, which consisted of three competency-based questions. Although I didn't find the pre-recorded video assessment to be enjoyable (it is dehumanizing indeed), the whole process was short and pleasant. They got back to me almost a month and a half later, inviting me for a "quick meeting," during which I only was asked to confirm my availability and if I needed a visa.

Question 1
What skills and experiences will help you in this position? What do you hope to learn during your internship?
They made a mistake and gave me the wrong date. The interviewer warned that I would be doing overtime during the weekend. The questions were all generic and to be expected.
2 interviewers (those who would be my supervisors, not HR/recruitment personnel) 4 questions that should be answered in approximately 5 minutes each, then 5 minutes at the end for logistical details and questions, and opportunity to ask questions.
