UNDP Project Associate interview questions

Interview was competency based. I was invited 3 days before the interview date. It was online. Each board member asked one question. In total there were four questions. All were "describe a situation.." questions. Interview took around 15-20 minutes. I received the offer 2 days after the invitation. I rejected due to a competitive offer I received.

The whole selection process took about 6 months, from application to selection. The interview itself was a competency based interview. The questions were pretty straight forward if you have had a competency based interview before. I had a total of about 6 questions asked.
