Interview
After applying via mail, I received 2-3 weeks later an invitation to perform a test. The test was sent via mail and to be solved in 60 mins (summary and translation of a decision and take position). Several days after the test, I received an invitation to an interview.

Question 1
Competencies based interview: Describe a situation in which you worked in a team. Role and partners of UNHCR (local and international) What are your future goals?
I had a 30-minute interview that was very cordial and informational. I was asked about my interest in the role, relevant experience, and transferable skills. I was able to ask all my questions about the role and better understand the expectations of the job.

Interview
Application sent to UNHCR via email. The interview invitation was received via email. The interview was held via phone call with Protection Legal Officer which went for about thirty minutes or so.
First a written test of about 2-3 hours, followed by an interview with a panel.
I was interviewed by 4 people in total (2 were HR). The interview lasted about 30-40 and each of them asked about 2 questions.
The questions were competency based questions.
