Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Can you explain the difficult situation you handled?
I applied online. I interviewed at UNHCR (Pretoria, Gauteng) in Aug 2022
Interview
The interview process consisted of written assessments and a virtual interview. The assessment was a case study that tested how I would react in a situation. They completed a reference check through a written form. They then asked me to request my academic transcript from the University. After all that they kept quiet and did not give any further feedback.
I received a written test. They gave me 90 minutes. There were two main questions and following questions. It wasn't so hard. But the time is limitted. So you must already know the answers. The main porpuse is to measure your field experience. The questions are not related code of conducts rules. I have not received an invitation for competency-based interview yet, but I think I'll.
