UPS Financial Analyst interview questions

The interview process seemed ok at start, I completed an assignment too but then I got ghosted without an explanation. I saw the same job opening multiple times for the next few months.

HR Interview Summary: The interview began with general questions such as “Please introduce yourself” and “How did you hear about us?” Afterward, the HR representative explained that the next steps would involve a discussion with the hiring manager. If they decide to proceed with my application, I will receive an email invitation for the second round of interviews.
