Interview
Group interview with about 10 other people in warehouse break room. Told an overview of how things are ran and go in the warehouse and job capabilities. Once group interview is over, you have the chance to leave the break room and decline the job opportunity, or further on sitting down with the Human Resources employee and fill out information to start your job as a part time package Handler.

This job is continuous physical labor of boxes up to 70+ lbs. Early morning hours making it a different lifestyle of sleeping habits for some. if you are capable of wanting to further on with this job, make your decision in the next 5 minutes, while i go into my office and I'll come back in and we'll go from there to registering you as an official UPS employee.
no interview. come in for orientation and if you get into that youre hired, unless they hire too many then they select randomly from people there and tell the other to apply again.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
