Interview
So when you arrive, you get to this huge unmarked building with no sign of where you are supposed to go. Then, after you find and ask somebody to figure out where you are supposed to be, a sizable group will slowly show up as they make you wait outside for whenever they want to start. They then tell everyone that's looking for a summer job to leave.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
