Big on promoting from within. For a managment position a panel interview is conducted. A promotion packet must be submitted and a test will be given after the promotion packet has been approved.

I don't remember my most difficult question. I felt comfortable with my panel interviewers. I recommend that you relax, make eye contact and think before you answer the question.
