The interview I had was in the early morning , it was one on one with a HR supervisor, they looked at my resume I submitted and told me my past experiences looked good. I reported to work the next day.

There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
