One on one in person interview after online application. Interview was scheduled at UPS center. Interview was laid back and casual. Reviewed experience and resume. The interviewer asked fairly standard interview questions.

Interview
Applicants show up at the HR Office at the warehouse. Interview is basically non-existent, groups of applicants are processed at once, they accept all applicants for this position that are available for required shifts.

Showed up, got handed a paper with info to read (same as online).
Got called into to speak with a woman, scheduled a tour, filled out some info on the computer and left- whole process was maybe 20 mins
