The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2022
Interview
30 minute Phone screen interview with HR followed by 1 hour video/zoom interview with the hiring director. I was asked ridiculous brain teaser type questions which the hiring director found almost humorous in a sick, tortuous kind of manner. I was interviewing for a professional level, 6 figure salary job and these types of questions are childish and uncalled for and a complete waste of my time and so unprofessional that UPS should be ashamed that they have a Director that is conducting interviews in this manner instead of focusing on candidates skill set and experience level. I felt like I was on some kind of hidden camera TV show and being “punked” that these were the types of questions that were actually being asked for an interview for this level of job. Totally ridiculous and a waste of my time.
