The interview process was to ensure that I had an understanding of what would be expected of me while assigned at The Citadel. This interview was an informal one on one process.

Question 1
How much experience do you have working around students?
Wasn't hard, just had to know the job. If you have an understanding of who your serving and what they care about, then you're ahead of peers for this role.

Interview
During the interview process, there was a panel who asked questions. The panel consisted of 3-4 members and the areas ranged to include knowledge and management style. The process took roughly thirty minutes and the follow up was rather quick when notified of the selection.
