Interview
I was required to take a skills test. Based on english, math, and other skill levels, several jobs were offerred. I was allowed to look over the information about each job description and pick the one that I wanted to be trained to do. Some of them offerred bonuses because they were dangerous or difficult posions to fill.

Interview
easy didn't take any time to conduct the interview. Recruiter checked my qualifications. We found a job available that I was interested in. Conducted some set up and background checks and then I was in the army. Easy process.
