Interview
Two rounds of interviews, first was a telephone interview of some 45 minutes with at least 4 panel members with a number of scripted questions. Second interview was a trip to come interview at the location- meet the people, do dinner, lunch, breakfast to determine fit.

Question 1
Some questions were nearly identicaly to the first interview, perhaps trying to test candidates for consistency. Otherwise, the application assessment was awkward- handed slides to pick sections of and then talk to.
