Fairly straightforward, no surprises. Over the phone. 4 panel members asking questions. As the conversation progresses, I delve into my experiences, skills, and aspirations, painting picture of who I am as a professional. I share anecdotes that highlight my problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, and passion for the role.

Very thorough and concise. They had about 12 questions that were problem solving or solution based. There were a panel of three people and they all took turns asking questions. They allowed you to ask questions at the end.

there was no interview require. When you join the military it is volunteer basis. It is an honor to serve you country. The recruiter reaches out to you. You take a test and then you select your next field. it was a great experience.
