Interview
there was no interview process. you take the asvab and then go through the military entrance processing center and if you pass the doctors physical exam you will be sent to the job offer person who will list the jobs you qualify for. you then choose a job and select a departure date and then you are all set.

Four officers interviewed me to see if I was a good candidate for OCS. There was an O4 and three O3s. They asked me leadership and life experience questions. Keeping the answers short is important because no one wants to hear your life story.
