Interview
Submitted a resume in response to an ad on Craigslist for a Deskside support analyst on the Chevron oilfield lease in Bakersfield, Ca. Was presented with the IT Deployment position, which is actually a temporary project position that presented more pay per hour. Was not drug tested until two weeks after employment and needed to provide hair and urine. This was the best job I think I had ever had the pleasure of working.

Question 1
There weren't any real technical questions, mostly pointed toward personality. I was given the impression that my technical knowledge was not as much a worry as my ability to work with. I was asked, "Which position would you prefer to work? Deskside support, or IT Deployment?" Answer below.
