Application
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at US Defense Intelligence Agency (Tallahassee, FL) in Sept 2018
Interview
Met them at a career fair on campus and got an interview for the next day. It was very laid back and entirely behavioral. It went very well, and they told me that I'd hear back within 2 weeks max. Then they ghosted me and everyone else that interviewed with them. It's possible that they're just being extra slow (typical of government), but even if they get back to me in the next month, it'll be way too late because you are required to have a security clearance before starting work with them. i.e. you'd have to wait at LEAST 6 months from the offer date to even step foot in the door, possibly longer. If they hadn't lied, led me on, and ghosted me, I maybe would've liked to work for them.

I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at US Defense Intelligence Agency (Washington, DC) in Apr 2018
Interview
Applied for an in person hiring event where they interview and make a decision the same day. The interview was with a single person and was behavioral based. After the interview, you wait around a bit and are called to be told the out come of your interview.
