Signed up for hiring event. It was a video interview. One person interviewed me. The way the DIA treated me was disgusting and unprofessional. The person didn't bother to introduce themselves like a normal human being. The first thing the person said to me was "This interview will take 15 minutes is that ok?" Now I knew from their email and from other people posting their experiences that the interview was supposed to take 45 minutes. From the fact that he said 15 minutes I knew that the DIA had already decided to not hire me and this was going to be a fake interview. And what a surprise very soon after the interview I got a rejection email. Clearly the DIA felt that it would be easier to conduct a fake interview where I had no chance of being hired than to make up an excuse to cancel the interview. I went ahead with the interview which took 26 minutes because I wanted to practice answering behavioral questions as I don't usually get asked these questions. The questions were the same as the questions others have posted here but I think the person asked me only 4 out of 5 questions. Basically if you sign up for one of these recruiting sessions be prepared to be treated poorly. That's how they do things at the DIA. I've had bad interviews but never a fake interview.
