Interview
The process started with 30 minutes with the boss of the company to review the potential employee's values to the company. Next, the boss would give the job seeker a tour around the building to see what the company does, including each function. At the end, there was a test to see how well you do at attention to details.

Interview
I went through 2 interviews. The first with the owners wife who is also the Manager of one of 2 companies tied together. The second was with the owner himself. I never met the person that was to be my supervisor until my second day on the job. The interview process was fairly simple and casual.
