The interview was conducted via phone, and was very informal. The hiring manager seemed about as uncomfortable as I was. I had told them I could conduct the interview in the afternoon, but they called in the morning when I had my children with me. They said it was okay, and we did the interview with my kids screaming in the background. I got the job!
