Interview
I went to the MEPS station in downtown Dallas, where I was put through several physical and medical tests so assess if I was eligible for military service. Once I was cleared medically I was directed to a room where I picked my specific rate.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at US Navy
Interview
I sent off a flyer I had received through the mail to receive more information and a recruiter initially contacted me via phone and then visited my home to meet and conduct an initial screening. After screening I went to recruiting station to finish more questions and paperwork. Then weeks later I went to MEPS to conduct a health screening and take a job placement exam (asvab). After job placement I left for bootcamp months later.
