Fairly easy process. Have to research the company. Very helpful to have a grasp of multiple languages and archival technology. Make sure to express your passion for working for non-profits and fighting discrimination.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at USC Shoah Foundation in May 2022
Interview
I was brought in for four hours. I was asked to prepare a presentation and also a digital learning activity and given a week's time to complete it. Those two projects took me two hours. After my presentation, I had an interview with the senior management and then the team. Then I took a test. Three weeks latter, I got an email saying I didn't get the job and the reasons they gave was about information they could have gotten in an initial interview. I was frustrated to be disqualified after a four hour interview, when they could have found out that information earlier in the interview process and not had me spend so much time on the interview.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had a conflict with someone at work.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at USC Shoah Foundation (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
I was interviewed 3 months after submitting my application. Their interview questions attempted to foreshadow the new position, and how they were unsure of what they wanted. I believe you shouldn't ask questions that you haven't answered yourself. How is an interviewee going to solve your problems during an interview.
