4 interviews - internal recruiter(talked about experience), manager and team member(meet the employee I would report to), team member(talked about experience with USI), and HR(hardest interview/more professional setting)
1 week time frame. Offer made in 10 days. Salary and days off are higher than I asked for.

A recruiter reached out to me bc I am in the industry. They had a good offer that was a better fit for my family. Met with the direct supervisor then three more in management. Took about a month.
