Phone interview, followed by face to face interview with hiring manager. Phone interview was very basic, face to face was in depth. Both interviews were very casual which made it comfortable.

Interview
It was very casual, and more focused on just having a good conversation rather than an interrogation. The interview was over the phone, which makes it a bit more difficult since you cannot read body language, but it still went very well and ended in an offer. The recruiters and HR associates at USI are incredibly friendly and personable.
