It started with a 30 minute call from a recruiter, I guess as a sort of screening process. I completed 2 personality tests, one of them being the Myers-Briggs. Then I had an in-person interview with the leader of the team I was applying for which was more formal. Next was an interview with the President of the department, which ended up being a more laid back "get to know you" type of interview. Lastly I received a call from HR basically wanting to figure out how much I was expecting for wages, and a final call from the recruiter to get a verbal acceptance of the offer.
