I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UST in Jul 2018
Interview
very friendly interview, First round will be more of technical . you can clear only if you really worked on that particular feature/technology. they will not ask direct question like other service providers they will give scenario and expect you to react on this, all members in selection pannel believes in Innovation. They believe only one problem can be solved in 'n' ways through innovation, so you can explain your views instead of concentrating in old way of responding. second round Manager and Technical process is same as tech round. people are very friendly so you will be comfortable in responding. Final HR round. Overall very good process in finding innovaters.
ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT (3 mins)
Managed multiple test environments: DEV, QA, UAT, PRE-PROD, and PROD mirror.
Coordinated with DevOps to ensure correct build deployment and environment readiness.
Validated DB connections, middleware (MQ, APIs), and external interfaces before each cycle.
Used CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to integrate builds with automation suites.
It started with Screening Round and after that they scheduled a Client Round. Post which Managerial Discussion happened and after that HR Discussion happened. Finally they released offer with less CTC and promised me that before one week of joining they will revise my CTC and as agreed they revised CTC.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at UST
Interview
Contacted by a recruiter. 2 rounds of interview plus one client interview. First one was a technical round which was a video interview and the next one was manager round. For the next round I have to go to the UST campus. Got the interview feedbacks within 1-2 days.
