There was Technical round (Telephonic) which took place around 45 mins. Questions were related to capital market and money market, financial instruments, accountancy, journal entry, GAAP and IFRS differences. There were few situational based questions also. Second round was Management round basically regarding company, WHY UST, WHY this job and similar types. Last was HR round which was basically salary negotiation.
