USV interview questions

They are lost and clueless themselves. The project requirements can suddenly change right when you think you have been selected. The upper management don't know what they are doing and think they have more knowledge even in your field, just because they have more years of experience. First they would approach you for your expertise and then after wasting a month or more, they would tell you that you are not qualified enough. They don't value one's time and expect you to be ready for an interview anytime they call.

easy but requires good knowledge of the domain you are going to apply. and the process is ok not too tough. branding and marketing questions they asked and try to have skills and stories to back you up with answers.
