The day started quite early and the interview process is quite extensive. First, I was invited to give a scientific seminar about my previous work to an open audience, mainly consisting of other postdocs and general staff. The rest of the day I had both professional and more personal conversations with various project leaders trying to find common interests and potential collaborations. It was quite relaxed, friendly and inspiring.
