The whole process makes your time worthwhile! Starts with a phone screen with the hiring manager followed by a half day on site. When you arrive, the recruiter comes out to greet you with a gift bag, a tour of the office, and leads you to the conference room. You're given plenty of snacks and drinks while you meet with the interviewers. People respond to your thank you emails. Hiring manager called to offer me the job followed by the offer letter. The offer comes with a gift card!

first interview with the recruiter which was easy. second one was with the hiring manager that was tough but I could nail it and last 3 with the team members - those were like chit chat and informal
